Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager – HR Workstream to lead program management for a confidential, large-scale HR Transformation initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Governance & LeadershipCross-Functional Program ManagementCoordinate across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and Executive ReportingFinancial & Resource ManagementHR TransformationTools & AI EnablementLeverage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel for program execution and reporting.Utilize AI productivity tools / Microsoft Copilot responsibly to improve program efficiency, reporting, analysis, and documentation.Required Qualifications12+ years of project/program management experience.Direct experience in both Semiconductor and Manufacturing industries – REQUIRED.Active PMP certification – REQUIRED.Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs.Strong program governance and PMO experience.Hands-on experience managing: RACI, integrated project plans, milestones & schedules, dependencies, critical paths, risks & issues, actions & decisions, escalations.Strong executive stakeholder management experience.Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience.Ability to work primarily during Pacific Time hours.Experience using AI productivity tools / Microsoft Copilot responsibly.Preferred QualificationsPgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.West Coast-based candidates.Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.Dashboard and executive reporting experience.Workforce planning / HR transformation experience.Organizational readiness / change management experience.TOP MUST-HAVE SKILLS12+ years of Project / Program Management experienceSemiconductor + Manufacturing industry experience – MANDATORYActive PMP certification – MANDATORYProven experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programsStrong PMO and program governance experienceExperience working directly with senior executives / executive leadershipStrong Agile/Scrum experienceAdvanced Excel & PowerPointStrong Microsoft Teams & SharePoint experienceExperience with AI productivity tools / Microsoft Copilot
