We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant – Workforce Management (WFM) to join our HR Technology team. This role will focus on optimizing, configuring, and integrating UKG/Kronos WFM solutions while ensuring compliance with business and operational requirements.Key Skills & ResponsibilitiesStrong expertise in Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management (WFM) with a focus on TimekeepingDeep understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, and Compliance Workflows in Kronos DimensionsExperience gathering business requirements and delivering hands-on functional configurationsExpertise in System Testing, UAT Coordination, and TroubleshootingStrong understanding of HR & Payroll processes related to Time & AttendanceExperience with Kronos Activity Module (Labor Tracking, Cost Allocation, Project Time Reporting) – Highly PreferredExperience with Workforce Data, Reporting & Analytics within KronosExposure to Multi-site, Unionized US Environments and complex workforce management scenariosHands-on experience in System Upgrades, New Site Rollouts, and Global Kronos DeploymentsExperience Required8–10 Years of Total Experience6+ Years of Hands-on Experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional ConsultantIf you're an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant looking for your next remote opportunity, or know someone who would be a great fit, feel free to reach out or share your updated resume to this mail: aiyappan@vysystems.com
