If you have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, customization, and client consulting, we'd like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective Salesforce solutions.Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as per business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and developers to deliver scalable CRM solutions.Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancements, and support.Create workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, flows, and automation.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Ensure best practices, data integrity, security, and compliance across the Salesforce platform.Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is an added advantage.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Salesforce certifications are preferred.
