As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Executive Professional Search Services to spearhead our professional search team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your energy and drive to develop, maintain, and expand relationships with local and regional, multilocation customers across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Guide and support our professional search team to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Drive initiatives to acquire new clients and maintain strong partnerships through research, lead generation, prospecting, networking, and in-person appointments.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via electronic media.
- Cross-Selling: Stay current with our complete range of service offerings to effectively cross-sell multiple service lines.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues, and market conditions.
- Recruitment Process Oversight: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our services.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in professional search and business development with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Development Expertise: Proven expertise in creating and implementing business development strategies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
