We’re looking for a driven and experienced Acquisitions Manager to lead our real estate buying efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing profitable property deals. If you have a solid real estate background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to analyze market trends and assess property values. * Comfortable using real estate tools and CRMs. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Able to work independently and meet deadlines. * Confident and professional phone communicator. * Quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable PC and internet. * Skilled at handling seller objections and negotiating price reductions while keeping rapport. * Responsible, dependable, and results-driven. Preferred tech experience: * Familiarity with tools like Go High Level, REI Pro, REI Reply, Batch Dialer, Google Sheets, Lead Sherpa, Mojo Dialer, ReadyMode (Xencall), and CallRail.
