Requirements and responsibilities


✅ About the role: 👉 We need you to get started as soon as possible. 👉 This job will be US Eastern time zone: 6.00 a.m. ET to 3.00 p.m. ET. 👉 The ServiceNow Architect role will be based out of India but will support Quantum Strides North American projects. 👉 ServiceNow certification required. 👉 A minimum of 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow in progressive roles from development to architecture and design. 👉 2 years of experience architecting and designing solutions in ServiceNow. 👉 4 years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer. 👉 At least 3 years of experience working with the pre-sales team to determine project scope and come up with a technical approach and estimates (man hours and resource needs). 👉 Demonstrable experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow areas: Field Service Management, Campus Management Solutions, Space and Move Management, ITAM, HRSD. 👉 Ability to think out of the box and come up with solutions that cater to customers’ requirements by leveraging ServiceNow. 👉 Understanding ServiceNow functionality (especially for Facilities Management, Space Management, ITAM, and HRSD) is preferred. ✅ Key responsibilities: 👉 Responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units is engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. 👉 Be able to provide an architectural overview of ServiceNow and how it ties into the proposed solution. 👉 A technical solid person who can work on new application development with a strong command of the platform. 👉 Determines proposal concept by studying requests for proposal (RFPs); works with the presales team and attends strategy and client meetings to understand the request. 👉 Responsible for owning the technical response (solving, level of effort, and timeline) for the RFP. 👉 Provide domain expertise and technical assistance (SNOW, Nuvolo, and 3rd party integration) to the internal support team when complex issues arise during the project execution. 👉 Provide functional and technical documentation for enablement of new capabilities of SNOW and Nuvolo. 👉 Conduct quick PoCs on SNOW and Nuvolo for new capabilities and ideas 👉 Demonstrated ability to operate and deliver high-quality code on the ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms independently and without significant oversight in a timely manner. 👉 Work and collaborate effectively with non-technical team members and/or clients. 👉 Perform all project tasks from design to training customer resources on ServiceNow and Nuvolo. 👉 Manage multiple projects, provide status updates to management regularly, and update project schedules. 👉 Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project work efficiently and accurately. 👉 Work with the sales team to understand the solution that has been designed and the specific client requirements to ensure a seamless handover between sales and delivery. 👉 Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology. 👉 Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) lead for a specific ServiceNow technical specialty. 👉 Be considered a go-to person for the core ServiceNow products. --- Quantum Strides LLC is using Agile Recruitment for this process.
