🔵 Requirements: ◽ Expert in Scrum. ◽ Knowledge of project management, teamwork and problem-solving. ◽ Experience with KPI. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through discoveries, implementation, and deployment. ◽ Proactively monitor, manage and report on the execution of deliverables. ◽ Determine the project approach, and monitor and report progress to the program manager, project stakeholders, and Steering Committee. ◽ Plan activities consisting of approach definition, work breakdown, sequencing, and milestone definitions. ◽ Identify dependencies internal to the project and externally to other projects, third parties, and business areas. ◽ Support governance activities such as Steering Committee. ◽ Provide effective written and verbal communications using various communication methods. ◽ Take ownership of critical issues through to resolution. ◽ Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization. ◽ Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments. ◽ Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework. ◽ Utilize metrics such as velocity and burn down tracking to monitor and forecast development team performance. ◽ Resolve conflicts and issues that occur. ◽ Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of agile maturity. ◽ Support the product owner and provide education where needed. ◽ Provide project individuals mentoring and coaching.
