Responsibilities

This position is a high-level, strategic practicum for an ambitious student or recent graduate seeking intensive exposure to the US B2B market and direct mentorship from a published author and CEO (O-1A expert). This is not an administrative role; you will be instrumental in Cleanlight Inc.'s growth strategy. Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable Requirements) These requirements are designed to filter for the high-level, global-minded talent you need, who can start contributing strategically immediately. * English Level: Advanced or bilingual fluency (written and spoken). All client communication and content creation will be entirely in English. * Academic Status: Advanced university student (preferably in the last two years) or recent graduate in fields such as Business Engineering, Marketing, Digital Communication, or Business Administration. Must be eligible to complete an academic internship or credit requirement. * Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with data and translate metrics into strategic insights. Previous experience with web analytics or CRM tools is a plus. * Strategic Writing Skills: Proven ability to craft high-value, concise, and professional messages for the U.S. B2B market (e.g., for LinkedIn and email outreach). * Proactivity and Self-Management: Ability to work remotely and autonomously, prioritize tasks, and solve problems independently. * Commitment: Availability to complete the internship for a minimum of 3–6 months (or the duration required by the academic program). Key Responsibilities (Strategic and High-Value Tasks) These responsibilities demonstrate that the role is strategic and requires high-level engagement, reinforcing the unique value proposition. I. B2B Growth Strategy and Outreach * Market Research (Anti-BS): Conduct thorough research on the U.S. B2B market to identify and profile the Ideal Customer (ICP: Seed+ startups, $1M–$100M USD in revenue), using tools like LinkedIn and Google X-Ray Search. * Segmentation and Lists: Build and maintain high-value contact lists focused on decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, VPs of Growth/Marketing). * Outreach Support: Directly support the CEO in drafting, personalizing, and executing high-value message sequences (LinkedIn and email) that embody the company’s “Anti-BS” philosophy. * CRM Management: Assist in configuring and maintaining the CRM platform (GoHighLevel/Lead Connector) to ensure flawless lead tracking and accurate results attribution. II. Content Creation and Thought Leadership * Strategic Content Development: Based on the CEO’s book and guidelines, create drafts and outlines for LinkedIn posts and articles that challenge marketing “nonsense” and offer concrete solutions. * Message Adaptation: Adapt the principles of the “Anti-BS Marketing Handbook” for specific B2B audiences, ensuring content is direct, measurable, and relevant to the U.S. market. * Engagement Analysis: Monitor content and outreach performance to determine which messages generate the most attention and responses, applying continuous improvement principles in line with the “Anti-BS” approach.
