🟡 Job description: ◽ Promptly answer incoming calls, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing excellent telephone and communication skills that encompass tone and accuracy. Gather patients' personal demographic and injury information to ensure the medical provider receives the most precise details. Efficiently transfer phone calls to the designated on-call medical provider. Maintain daily communication with the medical provider team. 🟡 Requirements: ◽ Proficiency in English and Spanish. ◽ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ◽ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ◽ Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and convey points clearly. ◽ High affinity for customer service. ◽ HIPPA Compliance. ◽ Ability to calm patients in stressful situations. ◽ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ◽ Open to working on-site and during varying schedules, including shifts and weekends. ◽ Experience in logistics accounts management is a plus. ◽ Prior experience in logistics and healthcare accounts management is advantageous. 🟡 Responsibilities: ◽ Answer all incoming calls promptly and address the nature of the call. ◽ Determine the injury's severity and direct to appropriate medical provider or obtain urgent care for emergencies. ◽ Verify and enter patient demographic information accurately into the intake form, including incident description and job location. ◽ Maintain a calm environment to build trust and confidence. ◽ Assist patients with connecting to a medical provider via audio or video conference. ◽ Handle invoicing, payroll allocation, and expense management. ◽ Manage inventory and track CME (points). ◽ Perform other assigned duties. 🟡 Benefits: ◽ Indefinite term Colombian contract with full benefits. ◽ Access to amazing site and amenities. ◽ Performance-based merit bonuses and employee recognition. ◽ Positive company culture. ◽ Opportunities for career growth and learning.
