Role overview We’re looking for a Community Manager who understands TikTok and loves working with people. In this role, you will lead small groups of beginner creators, support them in their journey, and keep our community engaged and motivated. Think of it as a mix between a coach and a community manager — guiding creators step by step while keeping the group active and fun. What you’ll do: - Lead small groups of 5–8 TikTok creators, giving feedback and motivation. - Host weekly 30-minute live sessions (voice/video) to answer questions and review content. - Keep your group chat active: answer questions, share tips, and encourage collaboration. - Share updates on TikTok trends, viral hooks, and monetization opportunities. - Work closely with our team to improve guides, resources, and community events. What we’re looking for: - Strong knowledge of TikTok (content creation, trends, or growth strategies). - Previous experience in community management, content creation, or social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts). - Comfortable speaking English with international creators. - Enjoy working with people, motivating groups, and giving constructive feedback. - Organized and reliable — you know how to keep a community active. Nice to have: - Experience as a mentor, coach, or trainer. - Examples of TikTok content you’ve created or managed.
