About the Role: We are a fast-paced, growing hospitality and events business managing luxury accommodations and VIP guest services. We’re seeking a remote Executive Assistant / Administrative Manager to help support our daily operations across a variety of tasks — from guest communication to calendar management. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone with prior experience in executive assistance, guest services, or hotel/property management who’s looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with guests on platforms like Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com. - Manage bookings, cancellations, refunds, and direct payment collection. - Support scheduling, inbox management, and calendar coordination. - Coordinate maintenance and operational tasks with service partners. - Prepare reports and assist with Excel-based financial admin. - Provide light support for event-related inquiries and logistics. - Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist with task automation and content prep. What We’re Looking For: - Fluent English (written and spoken). - Experience as an executive assistant or in hospitality/guest relations. - Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia). - Tech-savvy and adaptable, able to self-manage and prioritize tasks. - Own laptop and reliable internet connection. - Available for real-time work in PST hours (Los Angeles Time Zone). Nice to Have (But Not Required): - Experience with Guesty or similar reservation software. - Experience using Stripe or other payment gateways. - Background in luxury hospitality or event space management.
