Responsibilities & more

✅ Responsibilities: • Support the management of projects in Jira according to the approvals received from the commercial team and planning of each sprint. • Support processes of review of activities for delivery to customers. • Support management of point bags to ensure that the information is updated according to what is approved and delivered to the client. • Support documentation processes in projects • Follow-up on estimates delivered to the client seeking approval of the same. • Support in the management with the client to obtain information required for implementation. • Support in the review of content delivered by the client. • Support the management of blockages on the team (when applicable). • Follow up on the different commitments acquired with clients and in retrospective meetings. • Provide support to Client Support on what is required of the project team. • Support any other activity in which management is required in the project team. • You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. • You should be able to understand and produce all written and spoken forms in Spanish. ✅ The skills we’re looking for: •At least 1 year of experience. •Clear, orderly, and concrete oral communication. •Attention to detail. •Proactiveness. ✅ Values we want to share with you: • Give more than expected. • Pay attention to detail. • Take action now. • Do what you say. • Get better every day. ✅ Important: • Due to our contract and payment provider we use, and international work laws, unfortunately, we can't hire candidates from: - Cuba - Venezuela
