The RealReal is seeking an Authentication Inventory Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an Authentication Inventory Coordinator, you will support the Authentication department via inventory control and product movement. The role involves distributing received product to the Authentication department, sorting and organizing product, managing intra-authentication product movement, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.00 - $16.50, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental & vision insurance, paid parental leave, and more. Responsibilities: - Distribute received product to the Authentication department - Sort and organize product based on level and category - Manage intra-authentication product movement - Replenish Authenticators’ racks as needed throughout the day and ensure the accurate product is readily available - Audit product in the production area to ensure items are prioritized in date order and have the proper product tag - Scan and track product in authentication locations - Unpack and scan units transferred from LCOs and other authentication centers - Partner with Authentication management to understand and support daily processing strategy
