1. Forecast cash flow 2. Design and implement payment procedures and policies 3. Manage credit cards in coordination with other of the company's departments in order to enable co-workers to make authorized payments, ensuring continuity in operation 4. Responsible for payments to foreign providers and to local providers when needed, in order to maintain the company's good name financially 5. Short-term investment management 6. Oversee the invoicing process and the accounts receivable in Xero.com 7. Oversee the expense reports and "inter-company" movements 8. Administer cash flow, expenses without documentation (like tips), and stipend payments 9. Monthly reporting of cash flow, receivables, accounts payable, and other key indicators 10.
