As a Technical Writer / Education Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing value-added content for Datameer’s products. This is a new role reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management. The preferred candidate locations are San Francisco Bay Area, US, and Greater Toronto Area, Canada. You will be responsible for creating an amazing self-serve experience for Datameer’s users by generating online content, including product documentation, online courses, training videos, and guided tutorials. Additionally, you will develop a process for monitoring end-user usage patterns and behavior metrics, and provide user experience recommendations and end-user feedback to the product team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, and experience writing documentation for a software SaaS product. Experience in data analytics or business intelligence industry is considered a big plus. Proficiency in Linux command-line experience and experience using Github for version controlled documentation are also required.
