🔴 Requirements: ◽️ Strong years of experience and advanced knowledge as a software developer. ◽️ Excellent understanding of project planning and management. ◽️ Notable technical experience as a lead developer using modern technology stack: .NET / Azure / Microsoft. ◽️ Front-end experience (any of Vue, React, Angular). ◽️ Experience in designing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). ◽️ Understanding of product management and mapping business goals to daily tasks. ◽️ Experience in software architecture design. ◽️ English level: High or native. 🔴 Desirable: ◽️ Experience in conducting interviews and hiring processes. ◽️ Experience using SCRUM. ◽️ Experience using JIRA or other project management tools. 🔴 Responsibilities: ◽️ Communicate with the client, analyze their goals, and translate them into precise requirements in Confluence or other wiki systems. ◽️ Estimate projects, creating and maintaining a workflow for the team. ◽️ Build a team that will work on product development (hiring, interviews, internal recruitment). ◽️ Design the solution architecture together with the technical team. ◽️ Evaluate and design key software components. ◽️ Review code for all critical components. ◽️ Set up teamwork to ensure high-quality deliverables. ◽️ Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. ◽️ Regularly report on the project to stakeholders: Postindustria and the client.
