Job summary: We are hiring a visionary CEO to lead the growth and expansion of a cold storage company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or cold chain operations, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, entering new markets, and building strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities: - Drive expansion strategy across KSA and regional markets. - Identify and execute new facility locations, partnerships, and service offerings. - Lead business development and client acquisition in food, pharma, and FMCG sectors. - Oversee operations to ensure scalability, efficiency, and service quality. - Build a leadership team aligned with growth objectives. - Manage financial performance, investments, and capital planning. - Report to the board and ensure alignment with shareholder vision. Requirements: - 10+ years in cold storage, logistics, or supply chain leadership. - Proven experience in scaling operations or opening new facilities. - Strong commercial acumen and deal-making ability. - Knowledge of KSA regulatory and business environment preferred. - Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
