The Enterprise Account Executive at Chainalysis is responsible for expanding cryptocurrency markets and helping customers track and prevent fraud and abuse. They are experts at moving prospects through the sales funnel, tailoring their sales approach to the potential buyers’ needs, and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way. Responsibilities: - Exceed revenue and customer acquisition quota and increase our foothold in our LATAM accounts through strategic and relentless prospecting and developing your sales pipeline as well as expanding existing accounts - Develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more - Build relationships with customers based on trust and transparency, resulting in network referrals that ultimately build Chainalysis’ brand awareness - Build a diverse pipeline of opportunities, resulting in consistent and accurate forecasting - Use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales goals - Provide advice to Product and Engineering teams to inform new product features and solutions - Provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, training, and craft appropriate customer proposals - Discover, manage and close complex software sales in LATAM - Create territory and account plans using value selling methodologies - Understand blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, financial instruments - Have an entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect - Work in a team selling environment - Build strong relationships with ecosystem of partners - Effectively articulate the Chainalysis value proposition - Negotiate terms and conditions and other concessions in complex, multi-year sales agreements
