We are a fast-moving digital marketing agency running performance campaigns across real estate, finance, SaaS, and healthcare. Our campaigns are results-driven, creatively sharp, and backed by solid marketing strategies.
We are looking for a Google Ads expert (not a generalist) to take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution across approximately ten active client accounts. Most accounts have ad spends between $5,000 and $10,000 per month, with a few larger clients spending over $50,000 monthly. These are established campaigns with consistent performance that require a skilled optimizer to enhance results, not someone to start from scratch.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
* Write and test ad copy that converts, aligning with marketing strategy and campaign positioning.
* Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and HubSpot integrations.
* Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to align ad strategy with landing page performance.
* Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, higher-quality traffic, and conversion rate improvements.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries.
* Proven success managing both small and large budgets ($5K–$50K+) with measurable ROI improvements.
* Strong understanding of marketing psychology and competitive offer positioning.
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and ad interfaces.
* Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Looker Studio (or equivalent).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
