🚀 Description - Aprende is looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive performance for our digital paid ads, including implementing multi-channel marketing strategies and managing budgets. - The ideal candidate should have strong experience running marketing-acquisition campaigns for the US Hispanic market. - We are looking for someone interested in working in Ed-tech/Education. 🚀 Responsibilities: - Lead and support the implementation of our digital paid marketing campaigns (including Facebook, Instagram, SEM, YouTube and other platforms). - Responsible for generating and forecasting leads in alignment with annual sales goals. - Build high performing paid marketing programs combining data-focused experimentation, deep customer understanding, and a high level of creativity. - Drive Audience Strategy, ensuring our first-party data is maximized, and third-party intent data is aligned with value proposition and tested against performance. - Test different messages in terms of copy and creativity, aligning what we say to ads and landing pages. - Collaborate with Sales organization by proactively communicating marketing plans and conducting regular performance reviews. - Work in close partnership with Social Media, CRM, SEO, Sales and Product Teams. - Finds new Audiences for testing and growing lead volume. 🚀 Requirements - 5+ years experience in performance marketing. - Bilingual (English and Spanish). - Knowledge of US Hispanic consumers. - Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms. - Proven track record of developing sound digital strategies and running innovative campaigns that exceed target goals. - Experience working with a global marketing organization, and leveraging central capabilities and resources. - Deep understanding of lead management and sales funnel. - Remarkable written and verbal communication skills in the Spanish language, including being able to convey complex topics with simplicity. - Knowledge of Trade focus industries such plumbing, care repair, electricians, etc. is a big plus. Aprende is using Agile Recruitment for this process, which can take less than one week to complete. You can find the steps you will take below: Step 1: You will answer three quick screening question. [15 minutes] Step 2: Manuela Macedo or Tomás Estrada, Aprende recruiters, will have a short phone call with you. [30 minutes maximum] Step 3: Rafael García, VP of Marketing, will interview you. [45 minutes maximum] Step 4: Daneil Cao, Director of Paid Marketing, will interview you. [45 minutes maximum] Step 5: Lee Hasson, CTO, will interview you. [45 minutes maximum] Step 6: You will receive a practical test describing a situation Aprende went through some time ago. It shouldn’t take more than 3 hours, but you’ll have a couple of days to solve it on your terms. [180 minutes maximum] Step 7: Practical test solution explanation [40 minutes].
