▪️ Portfolio showcasing published articles.
▪️ Strong research skills using multiple sources.
▪️ Familiarity with writing product-related content, including product updates, e-books, case studies, and data fact sheets.
▪️ Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
▪️ Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
▪️ Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
▪️ Experience in CcaaS (Contact Center as a Service) is a plus.
