▪️ Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
▪️ Portfolio showcasing published articles.
▪️ Strong research skills using multiple sources.
▪️ Familiarity with writing product-related content, including product updates, e-books, case studies, and data fact sheets.
▪️ Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
▪️ Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
▪️ Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
▪️ Experience in CcaaS (Contact Center as a Service) is a plus.

▪️ Conduct research on industry-related topics, utilizing online sources, interviews, and studies.
▪️ Craft clear and compelling marketing copy to promote our products and services.
▪️ Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

▪️ Collaborate with editors to refine and finalize articles.
▪️ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to enhance articles with visuals.
▪️ Perform simple keyword research and apply SEO guidelines to drive web traffic.
▪️ Promote content on social media platforms.
▪️ Identify customer needs and content gaps, suggesting new topics.
▪️ Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across all content.
▪️ Update website content as needed.
