This is a full-time, long-term remote role, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere on the planet. But here's what sets us apart: Archivista sets the bar high for our Senior Developers. We're in search of individuals who can self-manage, tackle challenges with a "can-do" spirit, communicate progress like a pro, deliver top-tier work, and proactively spot and resolve hurdles. Technical skills: ● Working on Web 3.0 projects, including smart contract interactions and interaction with MetaMask or other wallet providers. ● Proficiency in Atomic design and SOLID principles. ● Proven experience working with Figma as a developer. Design skills: ● Demonstrated experience in UX research and UX Design to enhance our current UI with best practices, usability, and user experience. ● Proficiency in using Figma to collaborate with our designer during UX enhancements. Soft skills: ● Effective daily communication in spoken and written English. ● Proven experience in working with distributed teams. ● Familiarity with agile methodology. Expectations of the Senior Dev Role at Archivista: ● Self-management of daily tasks and time to achieve daily progress in alignment with sprint objectives, with work traceability in the sprint backlog. ● Ability to analyze tasks or sprint scope and proactively seek solutions for information or clarity needs. ● Resourcefulness in overcoming roadblocks and finding alternate routes to maintain ● progress or seek solutions. ● Consistent and clear communication of progress, daily tasks, outstanding work, and estimated completion times. ● Delivery of clean and high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and thorough testing to ensure expected functionality or identification of action items for future improvements. ● Proactive identification of missing elements in tasks and prompt notification, along with recognizing potential delays and ensuring alignment with the team. ● Ability to autonomously manage work areas or work in line with the vision of a leader by understanding priorities, team needs, and personal goals for achieving objectives.
