Senior AI-Native Software Engineer (Full-Time, Remote – LATAM) Cofounder.AI is building the world’s first true AI Cofounder, a platform that helps founders move 10× faster by giving every entrepreneur the leverage, speed, and execution capacity once reserved for well-funded teams. It acts as a true AI cofounder—a partner that learns your vision, understands your stage, manages a workforce of specialized AI agents on your behalf, and helps you move from concept to exit with 10x more speed and 100x fewer resources We are looking for a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer who leverages AI as a force multiplier while maintaining a deep understanding of systems, code quality, and architecture. What you will do * Design, build, and ship production-grade features across the Cofounder platform. * Architect scalable backend services and clean, maintainable APIs. * Build modern front-end experiences using Next.js and TypeScript when needed. * Use AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate development without sacrificing quality. * Collaborate directly with the founder and core team on product, architecture, and execution. What we are looking for * Over 6 years of professional software engineering experience. * Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Python. * Proven experience designing real systems, not just prototypes. * Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from design to deployment. * Actively embraces AI-assisted development workflows. * Clear communicator, self-directed, and product-minded. Bonus points * Experience with AI/LLM-powered products or agentic workflows. * Startup or early-stage product experience. * Contributions to open source or visible GitHub work.
