Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operational relationship with our key clients. This role is critical in ensuring excellent service delivery, driving client satisfaction, and maximizing efficiency across internal and external processes. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between client needs and our internal delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:Process Management: Design, document, and implement streamlined operational workflows for client onboarding, service delivery, account management, and issue resolution.Client Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating service updates, and resolving complex operational inquiries promptly.Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure delivery targets are consistently met or exceeded.Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical Support teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent client experience.Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks associated with client contracts and processes, developing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of service.System Optimization: Manage and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other operational platforms to maintain accurate client data and improve process automation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Experience: Proven 3+ years of experience in an Operations, Account Management, or Client Service role.Skills:Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.WARNINGS:Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.NO working for another company at the same time.NO hiring subs to do what you were hired to do.We terminate immediately due to these violations.About CitisideCitiside is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/ or multi-unit apartments needing off-site managementCore ValuesTrust.Go getter.Transparency.
