Requirements and responsibilities

Lead end-to-end carve-out and implementation of a new Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Management System, replacing Intelex for a newly separated entity. Responsibilities include planning, go-live, and project closure; OHS system selection and vendor management; data migration and platform separation (Intelex); ensure compliance with OHS standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, GDPR); and stakeholder and change management across global teams. Must have 5–7+ years in IT Project Management, strong experience in EHS/OHS system implementations, carve-out/migration projects, hands-on with Intelex, and PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification.
