THE POSITION Soko.fyi is on a mission to build the default search engine for local discovery: a conversational, curated, and real-time platform powered by people to make local life feel effortless and connected. Role: Growth-Product Lead Strategic Anchor: Building an integrated growth engine that fuses product-led loops with aggressive external acquisition to turn local discovery into a global, compounding ecosystem. Success Definition: Defining and scaling a repeatable digital playbook that achieves high user retention and organic growth loops across Lisbon, Brazil, and future global markets. ⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing - Build and optimize digital growth loops inside the product - Scale user acquisition through UGC and creator partnerships - Tear down and rebuild funnels to kill friction - Translate user behavior data into concrete product bets - Develop repeatable playbooks for international city expansion - Coordinate with Marketing/GTM for narrative-growth alignment 🦺 What We’re Looking For Must-have: - Advanced proficiency in both English and Portuguese. - Mastery of Product-Led Growth (PLG), Growth Loops, and Funnel Optimization. - Founder Mentality (0 to 1) with High Agency and a Bureaucracy-Free Execution style. - Proven experience in User Acquisition, Retention & Activation, and Performance Marketing. - Analytical-Creative Hybrid mindset with a Customer-Centric Obsession.
