Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: Fleet Support (Operational): - Handle breakdowns and roadside assistance in real time. - Coordinate repairs with shops, mechanics, and vendors. - Provide drivers with troubleshooting guidance. - Reduce downtime and control repair costs. Maintenance Management (FMCSA-Focused): - Oversee preventive maintenance programs. - Ensure DOT inspections and compliance readiness. - Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records. - Identify and prevent maintenance-related violations. Load & Equipment Support: - Assist with load-related operational issues. - Finding cross-docks and warehouses. - Reworking loads (weight adjustments, redistribution). - Supporting cargo securement questions. - Ensure equipment is properly prepared for assigned loads. - Help resolve load-related issues that may impact equipment or safety. Systems & Tools: - Work daily with Fleetio (maintenance tracking). - Work daily with ClickUp (process & task management). - Work daily with Datatruck (TMS / operations). - Work daily with Samsara (ELD & equipment data). Requirements (Mandatory): - Proven experience in a U.S. trucking company (non-IT role). - Strong knowledge of FMCSA maintenance regulations. - Strong knowledge of DOT inspection requirements. - Hands-on experience with diesel / semi-truck diagnostics and repairs. - Hands-on experience coordinating with repair shops and mechanics. - Experience handling real-time breakdown situations. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Fluent in English. Preferred (Not Mandatory): - Russian or Ukrainian language. - Experience working with owner-operators. - Experience reducing downtime and repair costs. - Familiarity with Fleetio, Samsara, Datatruck, or ClickUp.
