Overview: - We are looking for a highly connected Talent Sourcer / Recruiter with a strong network across Europe and the Middle East. - The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly tap into their existing connections to source quality developers. - This role will start as a contract engagement, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position after 2 months, based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your existing network to source qualified software developers from Europe and the Middle East. - Focus on regions such as Albania, Bosnia, Serbia, Tunisia, and similar markets. - Identify and engage candidates through personal connections, communities, and referrals. - Conduct initial screening (basic fit, communication skills, availability). - Ensure candidates have strong English communication skills. - Coordinate with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles. - Maintain a consistent pipeline of pre-vetted candidates. - Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process. - Provide quick turnaround on sourcing needs. Requirements: - Strong existing network of developers or talent pools in Europe and/or the Middle East (this is critical). - Proven ability to source candidates quickly through connections, not just job postings. - Excellent English communication skills (fluent required). - Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition is a plus (but not mandatory if network is strong). - Ability to work independently and deliver results in a performance-driven setup. - Comfortable working with remote teams and international hiring.
