Position Overview: The Senior Performance Designer will serve as the creative lead for performance marketing initiatives, owning design judgment across paid media channels. This role blends hands-on execution with leadership responsibility, including reviewing and elevating work from other designers while continuously improving creative systems through AI-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design high-performing creative assets for paid social and digital advertising. Own creative judgment and significantly reduce revision cycles through strong initial decisions. Review, critique, and elevate work produced by other designers. Lead experimentation and iteration for performance-focused creative. Build and maintain AI-assisted design workflows to increase speed and output quality. Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to align creative with business goals. Adapt quickly to direct feedback and continuously refine creative direction. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or multimedia design. Experience designing for multiple paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). Strong portfolio demonstrating paid media or performance-oriented creative. Proven ability to make independent design decisions with minimal oversight. Experience reviewing or leading other designers’ work. Deep understanding of design principles, conversion-focused layouts, and visual hierarchy. Comfort working in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows. Strong communication skills and ownership mindset. Nice-to-Haves: Prior work in agency or high-growth performance marketing teams. Experience helping establish or refine creative standards and processes.
