Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include: developing and implementing a structured change management plan for change management, training, and communications; identifying resistance and developing strategies to reduce resistance; creating role-based training plans; conducting change impact analyses; leading stakeholder maps; mobilizing change agent networks; scaling and pivoting as needed to maintain dynamic change strategy execution; collaborating with client resources to develop training schedules; monitoring progress; experience with global/offshore teams (India) preferred; accountable for a large-scale OCM team.
