Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: - Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and car hire for the Director and selected team members. - Draft, send, and follow up on correspondence on behalf of the Director, including communications with potential tenants, professional contacts, and business partners. - Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, confirmations, and follow-ups are handled professionally. - Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments assigned by the Director, following up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. - Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, and basic office management. Property Support: - Assist with sourcing and onboarding new tenants across the property portfolio. - Prepare property pitches, marketing material, and property specifications for prospective tenants. - Support leasing activities by preparing offers to lease and related documentation. - Liaise with the Property Management & Development departments to hand over new tenant information once offers are accepted. - Maintain accurate records of leasing enquiries, proposals, and outcomes. Key Skills & Experience: - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Exposure to or experience within the property development or property management sector. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone. - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. - Mature, discreet, and confident in handling sensitive and dynamic situations. - Comfortable working closely with a business owner in a fast-moving environment.
