Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
* Build APIs using FastAPI to serve AI/ML models in scalable environments.
* Collaborate on building secure and robust MLOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and other cloud-native tools.
* Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and applications.
* Integrate AI models into enterprise-grade applications and platforms.
* Engage in rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development with cutting-edge Gen AI tools.
* Contribute to model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Document technical decisions, architectures, and workflows for knowledge sharing.
* 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
* Strong programming skills in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
* Experience with Azure DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-based model deployment.
* Familiarity with transformer architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
* Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI pipelines.
* Solid understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
