We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter X Technical Lead to drive technical design, development, customization, integration, and delivery for enterprise-scale PLM implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical design, development, configuration, customization, code reviews, deployment, and defect resolution for Teamcenter X.Translate architecture and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and reusable components.Lead development of: BMIDE extensions, Workflows & handlers, Active Workspace customizations, Reports & utilities, Integration components.Enforce Teamcenter X customization standards, security requirements, coding best practices, and out-of-the-box-first principles.Coordinate technical activities across developers, functional consultants, integration teams, migration teams, and architects.Own unit testing, build packaging, release management, CI/CD, and environment promotion.Lead technical defect triage during SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.Required Technical Skills6–10 years of hands-on Teamcenter development with technical team leadership experience.Strong expertise in: BMIDE, ITK / SOA, Active Workspace customization, Workflow handlers, Teamcenter APIs, Deployment practices.Experience with Teamcenter X integrations and cloud deployment considerations.Experience with SolidWorks / SWIM and Altium integration.Knowledge of Teamcenter migration utilities, CAD connectors, reporting, and integration frameworks.Programming experience with Java, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or equivalent technologies.Experience with CI/CD and release management.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.Siemens Teamcenter certification is an added advantage.Medical Device industry experience is highly preferred.Experience with Teamcenter X Medical Device Foundation solutions.Experience with Teamcenter X SaaS deployments.Familiarity with the Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem.Experience with cloud-based PLM implementation methodologies.Ideal CandidateA strong Teamcenter technical professional with hands-on BMIDE, ITK/SOA, Active Workspace, integrations, CAD connectivity, migration, and CI/CD experience who can lead technical delivery in a complex PLM environment.Please DM me your updated resume and contact details.
