EZ MD Solutions is looking for bilingual healthcare professionals based in Latin America who are fluent in Spanish and English. We're looking for candidates with a genuine medical or clinical background, such as: - MD / MBBS / Medical Graduate - Medical Intern - Nurse / Nursing background - Pharmacist / Pharmacy background - Dentist / BDS - Medical Assistant - Clinical Assistant - Other relevant healthcare backgrounds Preferred Experience - Medical Scribing / Clinical Documentation - Virtual Medical Assistance - Medical Assistant experience - Patient coordination and scheduling - Medical records and documentation - US healthcare experience - eClinicalWorks / eCW or Athena - Prior authorizations and referrals - Prescription/refill coordination - Insurance verification / VOB - Patient communication and physician support Who We're Looking For Required: - Based in Latin America - Fluent in Spanish and English - Genuine healthcare/clinical background - Strong communication and documentation skills - Able to work in US-Timezones (EST, PST, CST, MST etc) Preferred: - Previous US healthcare experience - VMA, Medical Scribe, or Medical Assistant experience - Experience with eClinicalWorks, Athena, or similar healthcare systems Candidates may be considered for Bilingual Medical Scribe or Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant opportunities, depending on their background and experience.
