Language: Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) About the role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and fully bilingual person to support our marketing, design, and operations. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, learning new tools, and working independently in a remote environment. You'll have real ownership over projects and direct visibility with the founder. Key responsibilities Support marketing initiatives and campaigns across LATAM. Manage and maintain our website in WordPress, keeping both the English and Spanish versions accurate and up to date, and helping with an ongoing site re-design. Manage our Zoho CRM (data entry, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups). Create and adapt graphic and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign. Plan, schedule, and manage social media content and community engagement. Support sales efforts across Latin America. Assist with administrative and logistical tasks, including help with QuickBooks (training available if you're not yet familiar with it). Help coordinate and organize workshops in different locations, remotely. Required qualifications Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) — spoken and written; you can produce professional content in both languages. Hands-on experience with WordPress (editing pages, managing bilingual content). Experience or comfort with social media management. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Nice to have (not required) Experience with Zoho (or another CRM). Familiarity with QuickBooks — or willingness to learn. Prior experience supporting sales in LATAM markets. Event or workshop coordination experience. What we offer 100% remote work with a flexible schedule. Hands-on experience across marketing, design, sales, and operations. Direct mentorship and the chance to take real ownership of projects.
