We combine trader coaching with access to prop trading assessments through a leading technology partner. Our model is built so that successful sales partners can earn significant, uncapped commission income based purely on results.
Position Summary:
We are looking for two to three driven, commission-based Sales Persons to sell our trader coaching and prop trading assessment solutions to retail traders worldwide. This role is 100% performance-based – there is no base salary. If you are confident in your ability to close, prefer to bet on yourself, and want truly uncapped earning potential, this is the right environment for you. You will work remotely, manage your own pipeline, and earn directly from the deals you close.
What You Will Sell:
- Professional trading coaching programs for futures, forex, crypto, and CFDs traders.
- Prop trading assessments via our technology partner.
- Bundled offers that combine coaching and assessments to maximize trader success and increase your average commission per client.
(Full product and offer training provided – you do not need to be an expert trader yet.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage traders through LinkedIn, social media, email, communities, and your own network.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads promptly.
- Run short discovery calls or chats to understand trader goals, experience level, and funding needs.
- Recommend the best coaching, assessment, or bundled solution and guide prospects to a clear decision.
- Overcome objections around risk, timing, and competing options using our proven frameworks.
- Maintain a simple, organized pipeline of prospects and deals so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Provide feedback from the front lines to help us improve messaging, offers, and processes.
Compensation – 100% Commission, Uncapped:
This is a pure performance-based role: your income is entirely tied to the sales you generate.
- Uncapped commission structure – there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
- Attractive commission rates on coaching, assessments, and bundled deals (details shared in the interview).
- Higher payouts on higher-value clients and bundles, so your earnings grow as you close better deals.
- Performance bonuses/accelerators for hitting and exceeding agreed monthly revenue milestones.
For a strong closer who is consistent and coachable, a multi-thousand dollar monthly income is a realistic expectation, with top performers having the potential to earn far more over time in this model.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Sales Experience:
- Background in closing high-ticket offers, coaching/education, financial services, or similar is a big plus.
Mindset:
- Comfortable with a commission-only structure and motivated by uncapped upside rather than a fixed paycheck.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to create and manage your own daily activity.
Industry Interest:
- Interest in trading, markets, prop firms, or investing. Direct trading experience is helpful but not required if you learn fast.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and over video).
- Solid discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to follow a process while still sounding natural and consultative.
