Requirements and responsibilities


Provide timely and helpful support to customers via chat, email, and other channels; assist customers during onboarding and ensure a smooth start on the platform; troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary; work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to improve user experience; maintain and update help documentation and FAQs; gather customer feedback and share insights to improve our product; ensure customers feel heard, supported, and valued at every touchpoint.
