Requirements and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Delivery Lead (Scrum Master) for one of our international clients driving large-scale AI, automation, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives across global teams.Some of the responsibilities include:Running Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectivesCoordinating delivery across international engineering teams, stakeholders, and external vendorsTracking delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and roadmap executionSupporting Agile process improvements and delivery operations across AI-focused initiativesKey requirements:4+ years of experience leading Agile software delivery teamsStrong Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and Agile metrics knowledgeHands-on experience with JIRAExperience working with distributed engineering teams and stakeholdersFamiliarity with SDLC and CI/CD processesExposure to AI, automation, ML, or data-related projects is a plus
