Requirements and responsibilities

About UsAtria is building the future of performance creative intelligence. Our platform is trusted by high-growth consumer brands and ad agencies to identify what creative strategies actually drive performance on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Today, we help growth marketers—from performance strategists to media buyers—extract strategic insights from ad data. Tomorrow, we’ll generate the creatives themselves. We’re building toward an agentic system—an “AI-powered creative strategist in a box”—that can identify what works, recommend what to test next, and generate the creatives to do it. Our long-term model will be deeply aligned with outcomes: the better our ideas perform, the more we earn. We’re currently angel-funded, early-stage, and shipping fast. Our team is product-led and design-centric, and we’re looking for a full-stack product designer who can scale this foundation into a transformative business.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on product design leader to shape Atria’s platform experience across analytics, creative workflows, and AI-powered features, while contributing to the evolution of our agentic creative product. How we designWe're not a traditional design team. A few things that define how we work:AI-native workflow. We use AI tools (LLMs, code-based prototyping, generative design) as core parts of our design process — not as nice-to-haves. For example, we build interactive mockups with web code to stress-test product decisions before committing to final designs, and sometimes go straight into the codebase to refine interaction details.Thinking > deliverables. We care more about the quality of product thinking than the volume of design output. A well-reasoned wireframe that clarifies the right problem beats a polished screen that solves the wrong one.Ownership over the outcome. Designers here define what success looks like for their features — not just how they look. You'll set product goals, decide how to measure them, ship, track actual results, and iterate based on what you learn. If you're the kind of designer who's excited about pushing the boundaries of how design work gets done — and you want to shape the product, not just style it — this is the role. What you'll doDrive product outcomes, not just design output.Own features end-to-end: from identifying the user problem, to defining goals and success metrics, to designing, shipping, and iterating based on real performance data.Make product decisions — not just UX recommendations. You'll work directly with the CEO and engineers to shape what we build and why.Design for a complex, data-rich product.Design analytics experiences, creative intelligence tools, and AI-driven workflows that help marketers move faster and make better decisions.Navigate complex information architecture: multi-dimensional data, cross-platform ad accounts, competitive benchmarking, and AI-generated insights.Evolve how we design.Proactively explore and adopt AI tools and methods that improve your own — and the team's — design quality and speed.Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency as the product scales.Required QualificationsDesign Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years designing B2B products (portfolio required). Must demonstrate proficiency in navigating complex workflows. (We care more about the depth of thinking than the years on paper — show us through your portfolio.)Strong product intuition: you can articulate why a design decision is right, not just that it "feels" right.Ability to work in complex product domains — dashboards, analytics, multi-step workflows, information-dense UIs.Proficiency in Figma. Comfort with prototyping and communicating design intent clearly.Genuine curiosity about AI and a habit of experimenting with AI tools in your workflow.Fluent English (written and spoken) as working language.Preferred QualificationsExperience in ad-tech/mar-tech or analytics-focused SaaS products.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in UX (e.g., predictive analytics).Leverage AI deeply to improve design efficiencyExperience in agile environments with cross-functional teams (data engineers, growth marketers). Why Join Us?Early-stage impact. You'll shape the product foundation, not inherit someone else's decisions.AI-native culture. Work in a team that actively experiments with how AI changes the craft of product design.Ownership. No design-by-committee. You own the problem, the solution, and the outcome.Competitive salary + equity.Remote-friendly, flexible work culture. Our cultureHigh Agency: See a gap, fill it.Radical Candor: Clear, kind feedback; zero politics.User Obsession: Every click should make creatives faster and smarter.Craft & Detail: We sweat the small stuff—because ad performance lives there.Diversity & inclusionAtria’s mission thrives on diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants of every background, identity, and life experience.
