Job Title: BMC Helix ITSM / DWP / Discovery Consultant Location: PAN India Experience: 5–8 Years About the Role We are looking for a BMC Helix Consultant with strong experience in Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace (DWP), and Discovery. The role focuses on platform support, integrations, CMDB, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization across enterprise systems. Responsibilities •Work on BMC Helix ITSM, DWP, and Discovery modules •Debug complex issues including integrations, performance, and reconciliation failures •Support CMDB engineering, normalization, and reconciliation activities •Build and optimize service catalog workflows in Digital Workplace •Develop approval workflows and service automation •Design and support REST/API integrations with external systems •Support Discovery to CMDB integrations and CI data enrichment •Plan upgrades, patches, regression validation, and rollout activities •Coordinate with cross-functional teams on platform changes Required Skills •5–8 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM •Strong hands-on experience with DWP and Discovery •Experience with CMDB and reconciliation concepts •Knowledge of REST APIs / integrations •Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills •Experience supporting enterprise ITSM platforms Preferred •Experience with long-term enterprise BMC implementations •Ability to work with distributed teams across India
