Responsibilities

Assess and document clinical workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary care settings.Translate clinical/operational requirements into technical specifications for data extraction and reporting.Design, develop, test, and optimize Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts.Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from CernerMillennium Oracle schemas.Support enterprise-wide EHR migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement.Develop and maintain ETL processes, structured data feeds, and flat file extracts.Troubleshoot CCL performance issues and downstream integration challenges.Liaise between clinical informatics stakeholders and technical delivery teams.Communicate data limitations and system dependencies to non-technical audiences.Minimum Requirements11+ years clinical workflow and healthcare operations experience.11+ years supporting large-scale EHR implementations/migrations.11+ years advanced Cerner Command Language (CCL) expertise.11+ years working knowledge of CernerMillennium architecture + OracleDB.11+ years SQL, Linux, ETL, data extraction/ migration.11+ years REST/ SOA development, distributed systems, networking, performance tuning.Hands-on experience with Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, OCI.Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).Preferred SkillsPrior experience supporting CernerMillennium environments.Senior Cerner consultant or technical lead background.Telework role with immediate client submission to support Electronic Health Record (EHR) migration initiatives.
