Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for various US-based contract and full-time opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.Meet recruitment targets and delivery timelines.Required Skills:1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.Good understanding of the US staffing process.Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Preferred:Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.Benefits:Work from Home (Remote).Competitive salary and performance incentives.Career growth opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work culture.
