Apply today to transform the trades.The Good Stuff:$20-22/hrWork from home!Medical, Dental, Vision (Free medical plan option for employee)401k with 4% company matchPTO, Paid Holidays, Paid Wellness TimeCompany provided laptop, monitor, and headset.Shift is 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM CST and includes weekend work. Candidate must be flexible as business needs may change.Job Duties:Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointmentsRespond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customersRespond to customer requests (email, webchat, text) to resolve issuesDeliver call scripts clearly, be compelling, and personableAdhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorablyMaintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5 Star ServiceMust be very independent and reliableProvide additional support to the team as neededWhat you need:HS Diploma or GED2+ year of customer service experience in a phone-based roleExperience working in the home services industry preferredMultitask by completing phone and computer work simultaneouslyCapability to type at least 40 WPMProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google SuiteClear, kind, and energetic phone presenceAbility to work fast paced and remain organizedMust be a U.S. Resident
