Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialist to support, configure, and continuously optimize enterprise HCM systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HCM system configurations align with organizational policies, collective agreements, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs. Working within an integrated ERP environment, the HCM Specialist will collaborate with Product Managers, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain system stability, enhance user experience, support self-service functionality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to support organizational requirements.Ensure HCM system configurations accurately reflect HR policies, collective agreements, and legislative requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user-reported problems in a timely manner.Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and other enterprise applications within the ERP ecosystem.Collaborate with Product Managers, HR teams, and technical stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements.Participate in system upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment activities.Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security controls.Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and support procedures.Provide guidance and support to end users, promoting adoption of self-service capabilities and best practices.Assist with reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives.Support continuous improvement efforts and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise HCM systems.Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification(s) strongly preferredDemonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Compensation, Core HR, Recruitment, Absence modules preferred).Experience in system configuration, incident resolution, and supporting integrations within an ERP environmentExperience in healthcare, public sector, or unionized environments is an assetNice-to-Have CertificationsOracle Fusion Cloud HCM CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional)CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)ITIL Foundation or higher
