The Company: - Join a global customer experience specialist that partners with some of the world’s most recognizable digital brands. - You will get structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a stable long-term opportunity. The Brand You Will Support: - You will represent a leading music streaming platform used globally, supporting users with subscriptions, accounts, and app-related queries. Start Date: - May 9, 2026. Location: - Thessaloniki, Greece (office-based, shift work). Salary & Benefits: - €1,300 gross per month. - 14 salary payments per year. - Relocation support available for internal relocation within Greece and international relocation to Greece. Working Hours (Shift Pattern): - Monday to Sunday. - 09:00 – 22:00. - Rotational shift schedule. Eligibility (Mandatory): - To qualify, candidates must already have both an AFM (tax number) and an AMKA (social security number). - Applications without these in place cannot be progressed. Language Requirements: - Hebrew: fluent (C1/C2). - English: B2 minimum. The Role: - As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers with a friendly, solutions-first approach while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities: - Handling customer queries across live support channels (phone, email, chat depending on business needs). - Supporting with login/access issues, billing and subscription questions, and basic troubleshooting. - Educating users on features and best practices. - Escalating issues when needed and following internal processes. - Keeping accurate case notes and meeting KPI/quality targets. Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a calm, customer-first approach. - Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-led environment. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts across Monday–Sunday, 09:00–22:00. - Strong attention to detail and reliability.
