The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The role requires strong accounting expertise, experience with QuickBooks Desktop, and the ability to work independently in a remote night-shift environment.Required QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA)At least 5 years of accounting experienceStrong background in: Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial ReportingHands-on experience using QuickBooks Desktop (required; QuickBooks Online experience alone is not sufficient)Previous experience working on a graveyard/night shiftExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial data.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for accounting operations and reporting.Collaborate with management regarding financial performance and recommendations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Ideal Candidate Profile:CPA licensed.5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience handling budgeting and forecasting for businesses.Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.Has prior experience supporting international clients or companies (preferred).Can effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.Work Setup: Work From Home.
