Requirements and responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates and determine if they are a good fit for the Pathrise program according to their goals and skills, working in close collaboration with our team of industry mentors • Manage full admissions funnel in Salesforce including reviewing applicants, staying afloat on the candidates other interview rounds, conducting onboarding calls and ensuring the prospective fellow signs the program agreement • Provide a consultative approach to candidates wanting to join Pathrise by understanding the different offerings of the Pathrise program (e.g. explain our curriculum and program details, answer candidate questions via email and conduct informational and sales-focused phone calls) • Uphold a high standard of customer support to all candidates interested in Pathrise and provide an inclusive admissions experience for all candidates regardless of whether we extend them an offer or not to join the program. • Collaborate with the admissions team, Growth marketing team, and external partners to optimize speed and candidates' experience through the admissions process.
