Hello Everyone,We are hiring Inside IT Recruiter (Remote)Only immediate joiners will be consideredExperience : 2-4 YearsKey Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Understand client requirements and share suitable profiles within timelines.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.Mandatory Skills:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.Must be able to speak and understand the Kannada language.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in sourcing profiles for technical roles.Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred:Immediate joiners will be given preference.Experience in handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.Interested candidates can share their CV at nivita.manglani@codersbrain.comDr. Nivita Manglani Varsha Patwardhan
