This role focuses on recruiting for Engineering and Scientific positions and is ideal for professionals with strong US staffing experience who are comfortable working in the US shift.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for Medical Device, Engineering, and Scientific rolesSource, screen, and evaluate candidates for US-based clientsManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement and coordinationWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelinesEnsure compliance with US hiring standards and recruitment best practicesRequired Experience & Skills:1–4 years of experience in US StaffingHands-on experience recruiting for Medical Device, Engineering, or Scientific rolesStrong understanding of US hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and screening techniquesExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setupTechnical Requirements:Personal laptopReliable high-speed internet connectionWork Location:Permanent Work From HomeOpen to candidates across IndiaWork Schedule:US Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
