Overview:We are seeking an experienced Epic PB Claims Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Epic Professional Billing (PB) Claims workflows for large healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong implementation experience, deep Epic PB expertise, prior consulting experience, and a proven track record supporting complex health systems and enterprise-scale environments.Required QualificationsEpic PB Claims Certification (required)5+ years of Epic experience with a strong focus on Professional Billing and ClaimsPrior Epic implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation from design through go-live and stabilizationPrevious healthcare consulting experience in a client-facing role (preferred)Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, claims management, billing workflows, and reimbursement processesPreferred QualificationsAdditional Epic certifications are a plus (PB Administration, Hospital Billing, Charge Router, SBO, Tapestry, etc.)Experience leading or supporting multiple Epic implementations and optimization initiativesKnowledge of payer requirements, claims edits, denial management, and reimbursement methodologiesExperience with Epic upgrades, conversions, and revenue cycle transformation projects100% RemoteLong term contractContact: Kylie Hegemier, Information Technology Recruitment Advisor V, kylie.hegemier@medixteam.com
